AMPD appoints new bridging lender to panel

.

The Alliance of Mortgage Packagers and Distributors (AMPD) has announced that it has appointed the recently launched bridging finance firm, Drawbridge Finance, to its lender panel.

The new arrangement means that Drawbridge Finance’ range of specialist products will now be available via AMPD members.

The appointment follows AMPD’s recent selection as an Associate member of the TCF Forum. The alliance has said that its members are governed by a strict Code of Conduct and Early Warning Procedures, which has ensured AMPD’s survival through the harsh market conditions of the last couple of years.

Liza Campion, Director for AMPD commented: “We are thrilled to be appointing Drawbridge Finance to our lender panel. They bring specialised bridging and medium term finance to the table and have an appetite to lend.

“We are starting to see some marginal signs of improvement in the market and this is one of a number of appointments we expect to be making over the coming months and will only strengthen AMPD and its members offering going forward.”

Mark Posniak, Head of Marketing & Operations at Drawbridge Finance, added: “We are delighted to be partnering with AMPD and look forward to providing their members with quality service and access to our innovative product range.”

Drawbridge Finance has said that this is just the first of a number of key partnerships that will be announced over the coming weeks, following the firm’s successful launch last Monday, which was revealed exclusively on Bridging & Commercial.
