Jerrold Holdings has announced the departure of Deputy CEO Gary Jennison and Operations Director Stephen Baker, both of whom were directors of Jerrold Holdings Limited and Jerrold FinCo plc.
Gary joined the company in 2013 and had previously been CEO of Secure Trust Bank and Sales & Marketing Director at GE Capital, and Stephen, who joined seven years ago, held directorships at GE Capital and Britannic Assurance, to name a few.
“Subject to a twelve-month notice period, Mr. Jennison and Mr. Baker will continue in their roles until suitable replacements have been appointed,” Jerrold Holdings announced.
The specialist lender added six new members to one of its divisions to support growth plans towards the end of last year, including the appointment of ex-Aldermore Senior Marketer Steven Amos.
Jerrold Holdings completed an extension of its private securitisation programme to £435m in April earlier this year.
