Dragonfly, MTF, and Regentsmead have been named in the Spear’s 500 Top Five firms for property financing.
The Spear’s 500 picks out the five best companies in various sectors for recognition.
Mark Posniak, Managing Director at Dragonfly Property Finance, said: “Clearly we were thrilled and honoured to be featured in the Top Five of the Spear’s 500.

2016 marks the second year for the Spear’s 500, although this is the first to include a property financing section.

“It is recognition for our asset-based approach to lending and the importance we place on listening to our borrowers, to provide tailor made loans in a fast timeframe.”
The three lenders were joined in the Top Five by equity firms Clearbell and Mitheridge.
Broker Adapt Finance was named in the Highly Recommended category of the Property Financing sector.

Omni Capital and peer-to-peer firm LendInvest were also named in the Highly Recommended category.
