Alan Margolis partners with Fintex Capital

The former head of bridging at United Trust Bank and qualified solicitor has partnered with the provider of institutional funding to European lenders as it expands its offering into the UK’s short- and medium-term, property-backed lending market.
Headed up by Robert Stafler and Jérôme Anglade, London-based Fintex Capital is an institutional investor in the marketplace lending arena.
Commenting on his new role on LinkedIn, Alan said: “I look forward to leading the design of Fintex Capital’s next product suite over the coming months as part of its fantastically experienced and capable team.”
Alan left United Trust Bank in October 2016 after leading the bridging team for over six years and was also the former director of industry trade body the Association of Short Term Lenders.
