Alternative Bridging Corporation launches new subsidiary

Launch extends firm’s proposition into longer-term commercial funding

Alternative Bridging Corporation has launched a new subsidiary to provide long-term commercial mortgage products across commercial, semi-commercial and residential buy-to-let.

Available for purchase, refinance and capital raising, Alternative Commercial Mortgages (ACM) offers terms from five to 30 years and loans up to 75% LTV, with fixed and discounted variable-rate options and interest-only repayment available.

The loans cover property from offices to industrial and warehouse units, retail and mixed-use premises, as well as residential investments. They are aimed at property investors and owner-occupiers seeking longer-term funding.

Brokers will have access to ACM’s broker portal, allowing them to submit and manage cases and to support and keep clients informed throughout the application process.

ACM is focused on dedicated broker relationships and direct accountability, with a team of regionally based IBDMS working with brokers throughout the process.

“Commercial-term lending doesn’t need to be complicated,” said Jonathan Rubins, director and chief commercial officer at Alternative Bridging Corporation.

“Brokers can be faced with numerous product options and conditions, which can make it difficult to establish quickly what a lender can and cannot do for their client.

“We’ve designed ACM to remove as much of that complexity as possible.”
