Alternative Bridging names new director of sales

Mike Jones (pictured above) has been promoted to the position having served as business development manager for the capital since joining Alternative in 2012.
In his new role, Mike will help to expand broker relationships in the region, while also being supported by Alternative’s BDMs for Kent and Essex.
Jonathan Rubins, director of Alternative, said: “This well-deserved promotion reflects Mike’s hard work over the past five years at [Alternative] and reinforces our intention to benefit from the increased demand for bridging and development finance in this region.
“Mike and his team have a clear mandate to support our established relationships and to continue to grow our broker connections.”
The news follows the appointment of a new BDM for Bristol and the surrounding areas in March.
Alternative recently completed over £8m of loans in the commercial, residential and development finance sectors.
