Alternative Bridging to host commercial mortgage broker webinar

Alternative Bridging Corporation is hosting a broker webinar aimed at making commercial mortgage applications more straightforward.

Taking place on Thursday 22nd October from 11:00am to 11:30am, the webinar will take brokers through the commercial mortgage application process and show how cases can be submitted and managed as simply as possible.

Hosted by Paul Gavin, head of sales (pictured above), and Radhika Patel, internal BDM at Alternative Bridging Corporation, the session will include a live demonstration of the Alternative Commercial Mortgages (ACM) broker portal, covering how brokers can obtain an agreement in principle, submit an application and manage a case through the platform.

The webinar follows the September launch of ACM, which saw Alternative Bridging expand its proposition into long-term mortgage lending across commercial, semi-commercial and residential BTL property.

The webinar will also give brokers the chance to see how the portal fits alongside the wider ACM service, including direct access to the lender’s team for cases that need further discussion.

Paul commented: “Commercial mortgages can involve a lot of moving parts, so we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible for brokers from the moment they bring us a case.

“This webinar gives us the chance to take brokers through that process from start to finish.
