Arbuthnot Specialist Finance sees loan enquiries surpass £300m in Q1

Arbuthnot Specialist Finance Limited (ASFL), the short-term property finance subsidiary of Arbuthnot Latham, has revealed its strongest quarter performance to date in Q1 2022, which saw the firm receive more than £300m of loan enquiries.

February saw the bulk of the credit applications in terms of loan value, following increased residential investment and development demand, due to the need for extra space and homes, as more people shift to working remotely.
