Members of the Propp Academy will be full-time employed at the company and receive training and mentoring internally from Propp senior members, as well as support from a coach as part of an apprenticeship scheme the firm is registered to.
In addition, Propp will fund and support members through their CeMAP qualification process.
The company will be hosting an open evening on Tuesday 29th March for candidates to learn more about the academy, meet the Propp team and experience the firm’s culture.
The launch of the academy is part of Propp’s expansion plans, as it looks to further grow its team by developing its own talent.

Peter Williams, CEO at Propp (pictured above), said: “The qualities an individual has that makes them a great team member are just as important, if not more important than an individual’s experience and qualifications.
“You can teach someone how to do the job and you can support someone through an official qualification process, but it is much more difficult to inspire passion and determination in an individual who is qualified, but uninterested.
“The Propp Academy will combine financial advice training and qualifications with education of the property industry and principles of investment to develop advisers who are well qualified to help our clients.”
