MS Lending Group completes hiring spree ahead of 2023 growth plans

MS Lending Group has appointed seven new members of staff to all areas of the business, including its underwriting and processing teams, and finance department.

Alice Birtwell has been hired as executive and operations assistant; Joe Lonsdale, as finance assistant; Mike Watson, as senior underwriter; Aimee Everton, will be senior business processor; Gabriele Bruzaite and Tobias Williams as business processors and Adam Tauber, is head of sales.

The multiple appointments are due to mass growth for the lender in 2022 and will support its growth plans for the rest of the year.

Michael Stratton, CEO and founder of MS Lending, said: “As we become busier we are conscious our service simply cannot waiver, therefore we have invested in all areas of the business to continue to deliver an easy process for all of our clients.

“I am delighted we have chosen to use this period to seek further growth; our new hires are fantastic and epitomise our whole ethos.”

The company aims to lend over £200m by 2024 and reached its halfway point in February this year, surpassing £100m in lending.
