Atom makes raft of technology leadership promotions

Three new value stream-aligned leadership roles have been established and are directly accountable for product delivery as Atom looks to launch a host of new savings products.

The firm’s promotions consist of Ges Richmond appointed to head of lending delivery, Orla Codyre to head of savings delivery, and Kath Langlands to head of platform and enterprise delivery.

A new chief of staff role has been created with Leanne Judge appointed to the position, having been with the bank for 10 years. Her will be on improving the effectiveness and alignment of the entire technology organisation, overseeing the delivery coaching team.

Meanwhile, James Kerruish has been appointed CISO and head of service, providing critical support, having been at the firm for over eight years. He will lead this function, responsible for cyber security, safe change implementation, incident management, and the service desk.

Additionally, Rob Smith has been appointed head of engineering, while Rob Butcher has been appointed head of architecture, and Faizah Rafique to head of business analysis.

Finally, Dr Russell Collingham takes on the role of head of AI and data science, moving on from the position of lead enterprise architect.
