Avamore provides £300,000 bridge in just over a week

The bridging and development lender provided the loan against the property - which is being marketed slightly under £600,000 - in just over a week after initial enquiry.
The enquiry came from Arc & Co and is the third deal Avamore has made with the broker over the last few months.

The lender was represented by Laura Brown of Teacher Stern LLP, while the borrower used Naomi Williams of Banks Kelly.
