B&C Awards 2020 shortlist announced

The shortlisted nominees have been revealed for the B&C Awards 2020, in association with United Trust Bank

The leading companies and individuals in bridging, commercial, development and specialist banking have been shortlisted and are now in the running to win the industry’s most prestigious awards.
 
Once online votes were tallied, the judges made their selections for which longlisted names they’d like to see on the shortlist. The period for consideration for these awards is April 2019 - April 2020. 
 
This year, Bridging & Commercial has introduced a new category, Regulated Bridging Broker of the Year, following a rise in activity in this area.
 
Vantage Finance, Brightstar, SPF Private Clients and Capital B Property Finance are shortlisted for this title. 
 
Cynergy Bank emerges a rising star, having been nominated for both Best Bridging Lender Newcomer and Commercial Lender of the Year.
 
VIBE Finance is also new to the list and features in two categories. 
 
There are new additions to the mezzanine lender of the year category;  Assured Property Finance and CapitalRise joining Beaufort Capital, Proseed Capital, Iron Bridge Finance and the Property Box Loan Company, all of which made the cut in 2019.
 
All shortlisted nominees will be contacted directly regarding next steps to support their nomination.
 
The names of the winners – following the official judging – will be kept a closely guarded secret until this year’s sold-out event at The Hurlingham Club on 10th September.
