BFS bolsters underwriting team

Calli has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, during which time she has served as an assistant relationship manager at the Co-op Bank.

Prior to joining BFS, she worked as operational manager for a large mortgage and insurance broker.

Commenting on her appointment, Calli said: “I already have experience in bridging and found this form of lending incredibly interesting.

“This new role at BFS offers an exciting new challenge and I look forward to being part of a dynamic and driven company that is undoubtedly making waves in the sector.”

Rachel Davies, head of underwriting at BFS, added: “Calli brings a strong, existing understanding of bridging to her new role.

“Initially she will focus on straightforward residential bridging, but is keen to look at more complex development deals moving forward, which is an area where we are seeing considerable growth.”
