Black & White Bridging funds Cornwall SME hub with £1.7m bridge

The bespoke bridging facility, capped at 65% LTV, will enable the acquisition and refurbishment of the commercial site.
This will involve upgrading multiple units to a high standard, allowing the park to generate an expected annual rent of approximately £270,000 when completed.
The site is currently home to a variety of local businesses, including a window manufacturer, a distillery and an ironmonger, with plans to attract additional occupiers, including health and wellbeing-focused enterprises.
