Blue Shield Capital makes trio of hires

Blue Shield Capital has made three key appointments as it celebrates surpassing £500m in total lending.

Moran Weizman has joined as head of portfolio management, while Matt Feingold and Anna Mungle have joined the underwriting team.

Moran, an experienced corporate lawyer and former chief of staff of a real estate and hospitality group, will lead Blue Shield's portfolio management function.

She will oversee its growing loan book and further developing the systems, processes and reporting capabilities that support the lender's expanding operations.

Matt and Anna join Blue Shield's underwriting team.

Matt has joined from Knight Frank bringing with him 6 years’ experience in real estate. Anna joins from BDO LLP where she will draw on her experience of working with global real estate clients.
