borro launches asset concierge service

Leading personal asset lender, borro launched a new home visit and collection service today for intermediary clients. This strategy is in line with a string of future service improvements.

The UK leading lender’s new package gives a helping hand to those who cannot visit borro’s offices for asset valuation. Within 24 hours of a broker partner’s request, the Concierge Service sends an insured borro representative to visit the intermediary client, anywhere in the UK, where they will collect and value the asset. 

Chris Wills, Senior Vice President of Sales at borro said the company aims to give all customers in the UK the same award-winning service given to those in London at their Silver Vaults. When commenting on the advantages of the service he said: “Our new Concierge service simply makes it easier for clients to have their assets valued safely, discretely and securely and have their offer of funding available to them quickly, no matter where they live in the UK.”

He added: “This will overcome any possible trepidation about using a secured courier service or insured post, and will give clients a faster turnaround time on accessing liquidity from their personal assets.”

Julian Ingall, Director of broker group Coreco Specialist Finance said he was very impressed with the service especially regarding clients based outside of London. He said: “It helped them to achieve their required financing in a fast, discreet and secure manner with the convenience of a personal visit.”

The service is organised via broker partners and a full receipt for the items is provided. Today, the service is being launched in the Midland and the North.
