Breeze Capital unveils senior leadership team changes

Specialist property lender Breeze Capital has recruited experienced leaders and improved its systems and marketing to grow its presence in short-term lending.

Breeze Capital offers loans in England and Wales ranging from £50,000 to £1.8m and delivered exclusively through brokers.

Richard Padley (pictured above, left) has taken over as managing director and Mike Williams (right), who has held senior roles including head of group distribution at Aldermore Bank and operations director at Shawbrook Bank, has joined as operations director.

Steve Robinett and Lotty Glindon have been appointed as senior underwriters, having previously held underwriting posts at Shawbrook Bank.

A kennek loan management system has been introduced to make processes more efficient and a new website has been launched, alongside refreshed company branding.

Supported by a funding line from Shawbrook Bank, Breeze Capital is owned by Padley, a family-owned business established since 1959.

Richard commented: “We are delighted to shape a very capable new team for Breeze Capital, backed with improved systems and a fresh approach to our marketing, all to build upon our reputation as a reliable specialist lender.

“We want to gain wider traction for our offering, including lending up to 95% of purchase price, which we believe is rare in the current market, along with the provision of three valuation routes at the same LTV of 75% and the presence of a named underwriter.”
