The deals included a Grade II-listed building dating back to the 1700s (pictured above) which required funds for restoration.
Century closed the deal at 48.1% LTV.
The lender also provided a second charge at 65% LTV for a £4.25m east London property, with the equity released used to boost short-term cash flow.

A property in south-east London valued at £1.35m with plans in place to transform an asset into a mixed-use scheme secured a 12-month term from Century at 65% LTV against the residual value.
Due to the desirability of its location and a decision in principal to support the exit, the deal was fast-tracked to completion.

A client also approached Century requiring the release of equity to repay existing obligations.
With the sale of a lodge in west Sussex as the exit and the high levels of interest, Century completed a six-month term at 60% LTV with the option to repay early.

Century also came to the aid of a borrower who wished to release equity to provide a cash injection into his business to bolster his purchasing power.
A well-positioned London flat provided the security and Century completed the loan with a 70% LTV and the sale of the asset devised as the method of reimbursement.

The modern family house in Cambridgeshire
The final completion was around a period-style modern family house in Cambridgeshire.
A loan at 25% LTV was required to finance the purchase of a second asset.
Due to the strong housing demand in the area and the sale of the asset being the exit, Century were happy to service the loan.
