The bridging lender was launched in 2015 and is the joint venture business of North West-based accountancy and business adviser Cowgill Holloway.
PMJ Capital focuses on building relationships with Cowgill Holloway’s property and construction division’s existing contacts and those of its joint venture partners Smart Money Ltd and P&MJ Wright Holdings Ltd.
Recent deals by PMJ Capital include a £1.8m facility to Waypoint Development and Construction to assist with the acquisition of the former Casterton School buildings and subsequent conversion of the buildings into 20 new homes.
The lender also provided £430,000 to Quinta Group to support the conversion of commercial premises at Bradbury House in Altrincham into five apartments and ground-floor retail space.
“The work we do through PMJ Capital complements our offering alongside the property and construction division at Cowgill Holloway,” said David Rainford, property finance director at Cowgill Holloway, who heads up PMJ Capital.
“As a principal lender, our clients value speaking to a decision maker, it provides them with comfort in the knowledge that funding is available, will be delivered quickly, without fuss and in a professional and pragmatic way.”
PMJ Capital’s bridging loans start from £26,000 and it lends throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
