Hope Capital has appointed Hayley Taylor its new Operations Manager.

Hayley joined the company only eight months ago as its Office Manager, having already worked in the banking industry for 15 years.

Commenting on her appointment, Hayley said: “The recent growth of Hope Capital means that my role has evolved so much during the short eight months that I have already been with the company. Within my new role, I look forward to working closely with the brokers to ensure the team continue with our reputation of quick decisions and a smooth efficient drawdown process. I am excited at what my new role can offer both the business and the industry alike.”

Jonathan Sealey, Chief Executive of Hope Capital, said: “Hayley brought a wealth of financial knowledge with her when joining Hope Capital, and is now in the position to allow us to make the most of that knowledge. We definitely see this appointment as the start of our continued growth in 2014.”

Jonathan continued: “Hayley will be working closely with myself and the rest of the Hope Capital team, liaising with brokers and borrowers and overseeing the efficiency of Hope Capital. In 2013 we surpassed our own ambitious growth targets, and Hayley’s appointment will ensure that the same is achieved in 2014 as we look forward to another busy year for Hope Capital.”
