Bridging lender recruits 2 directors

Together has now revealed that it has appointed Ron Baxter as an independent non-executive director for its retail division and Wayne Bowser as group non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee. 

Ron is currently a senior adviser at the Prudential Regulation Authority and was also a senior adviser at the Financial Conduct Authority, while Wayne joins from HSBC where he was deputy head of commercial banking.

Together also revealed that David Bennett who was former chair of the audit committee will now become chairman of the retail division, while Nigel Dale, who was a partner at Eversheds, has become general counsel.

The lender also recently announced it had reappointed Lorenzo Satchell to its commercial team.
