Tim joins CapitalRise with more than 20 years of experience across real estate finance, development, investment and structured lending.
Throughout his career, he has originated and executed more than £2bn of real estate debt transactions across development finance, bridging, mezzanine and structured lending.

In his new role, he will work closely with borrowers, brokers and industry professionals to structure and deliver bespoke funding solutions across the high-end property market.
The appointment comes as CapitalRise celebrates 10 years of lending.
Over that time, it has originated loans secured against more than £1.3bn worth of property assets.
