Castle Trust Bank revamps bridging range with new products and lower pricing

The lender has reduced pricing across its light and heavy refurb products

Section: Products

Castle Trust Bank has enhanced its bridging proposition, introducing new products, a valuation fee incentive and further process improvements alongside reduced pricing.

The lender has introduced new light refurbishment sale exit products, which aim to provide more choice for property investors carrying out refurbishment projects where the planned exit is the sale of the property.

It has also reduced pricing across selected light and heavy refurbishment products, strengthening its proposition for customers looking to purchase and improve properties.

Alongside these product changes, the bank is introducing a valuation fee refund of up to £750 on completion for eligible light refurbishment cases.

Anna Lewis, commercial director at Castle Trust Bank (pictured above), said: Bridging is a market where speed, flexibility and certainty can make a real difference, so we are continually looking at how we can make our proposition work harder for brokers and their clients.

These latest enhancements combine greater product choice and more competitive pricing with a valuable incentive and further improvements to the way we process cases.

Aligning dedicated case managers with our underwriters will help us maintain momentum throughout an application and provide brokers with the support they need to get cases moving quickly.

We have more enhancements in the pipeline that we look forward to sharing soon.”
