Century lends £9.5m on Billionaire’s Row Property previously belonging to England footballer

The property, which is valued at £14.5m includes security, leisure facilities and an interior crafted by a high-profile interior designer.
The current owner is an ultra-high-net-worth property investor and founder of an edtech company, while the property, until recently, belonged to a high-profile England footballer.
Century secured and completed this loan during the final days of summer, finalising the process from application to approval in just under three weeks.
