Empire Global Finance launches partnership with property auction house Allsop
By Elliot TophamA new partnership has been formed between debt advisory firm, Empire Global Finance (EGF) and consultancy and property auction house, Allsop.
The partnership, which was established after EGF were selected through Allsop’s evaluation process, aims to provide Allsop’s bidders with financial flexibility in finding opportunities in the property auction market through tailored financing options.
Despite the partnership being primarily focused on auction finance, bidders will also have access to EGF’s full suite of products.
Packager, EGF operates offices in Chester, London and Dubai, while Allsop is almost 120 years old, having been founded in 1906, with the firm selling over 2,200 commercial, residential and mixed-use properties in 2023.
