Ex-Amicus manager joins Seneca Bridging

Mark had previously been the relationship manager at Amicus Finance having joined the specialist lender’s Preston office in October last year, shortly after it was rebranded from Mayfair Bridging. 

Mark has over 18 years of experience in the intermediary distribution market, with senior roles at GE Money, Mortgages PLC, Bank of Scotland and Just Bridging. 

Mark, who will join Seneca on 1st September, said that he could not have turned down the new position.

“To build a business here with the board was too good an opportunity to miss.”

Mark will be responsible for building the small bridging team that is set to grow exponentially over the next 12 months. 

Seneca Bridging, part of the Seneca Partners, is a principal lender that funds bridging loans secured against residential and commercial property.
