Ex-MP to speak at ASTL event

The Association of Short Term Lenders has announced a former cabinet member will speak at its Annual Conference.

Vince Cable, former Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, continues to be revered as one of the country’s top economic minds and his views on housing and mortgage products have also made headlines in the past.

He will be addressing the members of the ASTL as he speaks at the association’s annual conference and Chief Executive Benson Hersch was pleased to welcome Vince to speak to members.

“It gives us great pleasure in presenting a prominent spokesperson like Vince Cable at our Annual Conference to provide his perceptive views of the industry in guiding our members moving forward,” said Benson.

“The conference will outline the problems associated with bridging and short term lending and explore the solution that will allow our members to overcome these challenges.”
