Exclusive: Funding 365 appoints new underwriter

Funding 365 has announced the appointment of another underwriter to its team.

Calum White joins the bridging lender from Gopher Money where he was responsible for managing all property valuations and improving servicing operations.

He also has experience in mortgage underwriting, the build trade and property refurbishment.

Mike Strange, Managing Director of Funding 365, said: “Calum will add further depth to our underwriting team which will ensure that our high standards of service are maintained for our broker partners.”  

Calum’s appointment follows a large increase in enquiries after Funding 365 launched a new prime bridging product in October last year.

 “I’m thrilled to be joining Funding 365’s underwriting team and to assist in its growth,” said Calum.

“It’s exciting to be part of such a dynamic company in this fast paced industry.”

In November last year, Funding 365 recruited an ex-Shawbrook executive as a BDM in order to continue to deliver a fast, bespoke bridging service.
