Fairbridge Capital delivers £2m of lending in 12 working days

Fairbridge Capital has completed two property finance transactions totalling £2m in 12 working days.

The two transactions were secured against a semi-commercial property in South London and an industrial asset in the Heathrow area.

Despite the differing nature of the properties and the requirements of each transaction, Fairbridge Capital worked closely with mortgage packager Complete FS to progress both cases through underwriting, legal due diligence and completion within a short timeframe.
