Clinton joins Fiduciam with over two decades of senior leadership experience across global financial institutions and technology-driven organisations.

Most recently, he served as managing director of global data services at Confluence.

Prior to this Clinton spent nearly 18 years with UBS, where he held multiple COO roles across various asset classes.

Johan Groothaert, CEO at Fiduciam, commented: “With Clinton joining us, we bring in the experience and expertise of a seasoned investment banking COO.

“Clinton and I had the benefit of working together at UBS during some very challenging times for its investment banking division, and his addition to the team will allow me to spend more time with clients and on growing our business.

“Clinton’s extensive financial and operational expertise, combined with his experience leading high-performance teams in global environments, will be invaluable as Fiduciam continues its growth journey.”

Clinton said: “I have been watching from afar as Johan and the team at Fiduciam have been building an impressive business with a strong sense of purpose and innovation.

“I am therefore thrilled to be joining as COO to help scale the company further, strengthen its operational foundation, and support its continued growth in the years ahead.”
