Financial planner to acquire three more firms

Mortgage Find, Pensions & Wealth Management Services and investment specialist Campbell Harrison are the latest to join the group, bringing with them a total of 19 new advisers and revenues of over £3.25m.

The deals come as part of Fairstone’s DBO programme, through which the group has now incorporated 40 IFA firms since 2011.

Mortgage Find joined Fairstone in order to take advantage of the group’s comprehensive compliance service and in the hope of boosting organic growth.

Meanwhile, Sheffield-based Campbell Harrison cited Fairstone’s business ethics of putting clients at the heart of any decisions as its key reason to join.

Pensions & Wealth Management said the group’s proposition offered a long-term future for its younger members of staff.
