Samantha Demuth (pictured above) joins the firm as a regulated and term finance adviser, while Joshua Ellard was appointed as head of bespoke finance.

Samantha joins the firm from Native Mortgages, which she established in 2020.

Before that, she spent over 10 years as a senior business solutions consultant as Mediaocean.

Samantha also previously held roles at Halifax, UCB Home Loans and Mortgage Eye.

Meanwhile, Joshua joins the brokerage from Arbuthnot Specialist Finance, where he was a lending operations officer.

At Finanze, he will work closely with the rest of the team to create innovative, financial solutions that best suit clients’ needs.

Josh will be reporting directly to CEO Alastair Hoyne, whereas Sam will report to Imogen Sporle, Finanze’s head of regulated and term finance.

The appointments come four months after Finanze hired three new brokers, one senior manager and one case administrator.

On the latest recruitments, Alastair said: “Finanze continues to go from strength to strength; the addition of Josh and Sam further enhances our proposition with [their] exceptional skills and knowledge.

“We are happy to be able to help more clients as a result of their joining.”
