Finanze partners with BWL Legal to speed up property transactions

The specialist brokerage, which offers bespoke solutions for bridging, BTL, development finance, residential and commercial mortgages, will now be able to complete transactions faster with help from BWL Legal’s property solicitors.

BWL Legal — which focuses on law, construction consultancy and professional bid services — has provided a dedicated team to assist Finanze’s customers – helping with the likes of the brokerage’s title-splitting product.

However, any clients using the services by Finanze and BWL Legal should be aware they are dealing with two exclusive entities.

The client-lawyer relationship sits solely with BWL Legal, while Finanze separately provides lending advice.

Founder of Finanze, Alastair Hoyne (pictured above), said he believes a broker with a dedicated in-house legal service to involve solicitors much earlier on is an industry first.

BWL Legal’s managing director, Paul Benson, said the collaboration would extend and upgrade what’s available to their respective customers.
