FP Show 2026 reveals specialist finance speaker line-up

Some of the specialist finance industry’s leading names will take to the Conference Theatre, kindly sponsored by TAB, at the FP Show 2026, which will be held at Olympia London on 6th November.
FP Show 2026 is once again collaborating with Knowledge Bank to bring its popular Live Criteria Clinics to the show, with Knowledge Bank founder and CEO Nicola Firth returning to moderate the interactive sessions throughout the day.
The programme will cover BTL, commercial mortgages, development finance and bridging, with two dedicated bridging panels returning following strong demand from delegates.
Rather than traditional presentations, the sessions will give brokers the opportunity to put questions directly to panellists, discuss live cases, and take part in interactive polls to gauge market sentiment.
Attendance is complimentary, although delegates are required to register on the FP Show website in advance.
10:00am–10:45am — BTL
Opening this year’s conference programme, the BTL panel will explore lender appetite and criteria across the increasingly professionalised private rental sector.
The panel will feature:

11:00am–11:45am — Commercial mortgages
The commercial mortgages session will bring together lenders operating across a broad range of commercial property and borrower profiles to discuss current appetite, criteria and deal placement.
Panellists include:

The first of two bridging sessions will examine the cases currently crossing brokers’ desks and how lenders are responding to changing borrower requirements, property types and deal structures.

1:45pm–2:30pm — Development finance
The development finance panel will focus on the funding landscape for developers, looking at lender appetite, deal structures and the challenges and opportunities affecting schemes in the current market.
Speakers include:

Bridging will return to the stage for a second session later in the afternoon, giving brokers another opportunity to question experts on lender criteria and explore some of the more complex scenarios emerging across the short-term finance market.
The panel will include:
• Lewis Casserley, co-founder & principal of Albatross Lending Group
• Gareth Lewis, deputy CEO at MT Finance
• Damien Druce, chief operating officer at Black & White Bridging
The Live Criteria Clinics have become one of the most popular features of the FP Show, with sessions expected to be busy again this year.
The FP Show 2026 will take place at Olympia London on Friday 6th November from 9:30am to 4:30pm, bringing together lenders, brokers and professional service providers from across the specialist finance market.
