Hope Capital enhances Dual+ with higher dual representation threshold and instant valuations

Hope Capital Property Finance has strengthened its Dual+ proposition with an increased dual legal representation threshold of £1m and instant valuations at enquiry stage.

The increased dual representation threshold now applies across England, Wales and Scotland.

In addition to these operational enhancements, Dual+ is available at 75% LTV from 0.82%, with the reduced pricing reflecting efficiencies generated through the lender's funding structure.
