Bridging lender Hope Capital has increased its maximum loan size from £1.5m to £5m.
The firm, which has doubled its lending this year, is aiming the product at developers across the UK.
Jonathan Sealey, Chief Executive Officer at Hope Capital, said: “As we expand we are receiving more calls for us to lend larger amounts.
“We have the funds to do this so it makes perfect sense.
“This will be of particular benefit to our development borrowers from London and other key cities, who want to undertake larger refurbishment projects.”
Jonathan added that Hope has the ability to increase the loan size to over £5m if it deems it appropriate.
