Innovate UK names three new directors

Simon Devonshire is a co-founder of marketing matchmaker Talent Cupboard and was ‘Entrepreneur in Residence’ at the former Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
Meanwhile, Gerard Grech is CEO of digital business accelerator Tech City UK and Priya Guha serves as ecosystem general manager at start-up office facility RocketSpace.
As part of the board, the trio will help to review the management and performance of Innovate UK, ensuring the organisation delivers its strategic priorities and allocates resources effectively.
The appointments follow news that Innovate UK had invested £15m in 80 different projects earlier this month.
