KHK appoints Amy Baptiste as head of commercial operations

KHK Capital has appointed Amy Baptiste (pictured above) as head of commercial operations.

She brings over 10 years’ experience in specialist finance and mortgage lending, joining from a head of specialist finance position at LDN Finance.

She headed up the specialist division at LDN Finance with responsibility for commercial performance, profitability and strategic growth.

In her new role, Amy will lead the growth and performance of KHK’s sales function, identifying areas to improve conversion and sales effectiveness.

She will take responsibility for people, HR and operational leadership and support product development and commercial projects.

Amy said she will use her existing strong relationships across the broker and specialist finance markets to drive new business and expand the lender’s client base.

Within her first six to 12 months, she aims to establish a clear sales strategy and growth plan, identify operational improvements and build stronger alignment between sales, operations and product teams.

Amy commented: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining KHK Capital and taking the next step in my career by moving from the broker side of the industry into lending.

“Having spent my career working closely with brokers, clients and lenders, I have developed a strong understanding of what brokers need from a lending partner and what makes a lender stand out in a competitive market.
