Knowledge Bank returns with in-person criteria clinics at FP Show 2023

The partnership will see Knowledge Bank’s founder and CEO Nicola Firth moderate a series of interactive, in-person sessions that tackle questions and offer solutions around specific finance products.

The panels will be held throughout the day in the conference theatre, and will cover several areas of specialist finance, including bridging, commercial mortgages, development and BTL finance.

Brokers will also have the opportunity to ask each panel questions via the official FP Show app and place cases live during the panels, as well as after the sessions.

A full programme — including details of the panellists involved — will be published on B&C in the coming months.

The announcement follows the success of the first iteration of the live criteria clinics, which saw hundreds of visitors attending the sessions.

Last year’s live criteria clinics covered a wide range of topics, including the need for BTL landlords to diversify their portfolios, the importance of clarity and communication when dealing with commercial lending, and the value of high EPC ratings for development projects.

A survey of last year’s FP Show delegates highlighted the BTL session — including HMOs, MUFBs and limited company lending — and the bridging finance session — including auction finance — as their favourite panels.
