Lakeshield strengthens business development team with two new hires

Sophia Lee (pictured above, left) and Robin Bruce (right) will work closely with Lakeshield’s credit and underwriting teams to provide broker support.
Robin, who was previously head of lending at ServernRise Lending, also brings experience in running his own brokerage and development company.
In his new role, he will focus on strengthening Lakeshield’s broker relationships in south-west England.
Sophia joins from Avamore Capital, and will develop relationships in London and the South East.
With previous experience at Cynergy Bank and NatWest, she brings a strong background in property finance and established broker relationships.
