LDS launches Not-So-Secret Santa for charity
By Beth FisherLDS, in partnership with Development Finance Today, has launched a new initiative that will see at least £10,000 donated to charity over the festive period.
Anyone working in the property sector can enter the Not-So-Secret Santa game by guessing how much LDS will have guaranteed in instant proposals in £’s since launch by 17th December.

In the comments, put your guess and the name of your chosen charity, tagging Development Finance Today, your charity, and LDS.
The top three guesses will win the following prizes:

1st = £5,000 to your nominated charity — plus a Hotel Chocolat hamper for the individual

2nd = £3.000 to your nominated charity

3rd = £2,000 to your nominated charity
Bonus prize
Those that request an instant proposal through LDS between now and 17th December will receive £100 donation to the charity their choice, plus a Hotel Chocolat hamper. Simply write Secret Santa into the engine when asked how you heard about them.
There is only one entry allowed per person.
