Lendco has completed its eighth securitisation, comprising £455m of loans.
The lender said strong investor demand enabled the transaction to be upsized from an initial provisional pool of £390m.
The latest transaction takes Lendco’s total issuance under its Atlas securitisation programme to £2.9bn.
Simon Knight, CEO at Lendco (pictured above), commented: “With issuance for 2026 now approaching £1bn, the deal marks a record year for the lender and provides further support for its growth ambitions in 2027.
“We very much value the strong investor demand that allowed us to upsize this deal.
“This latest securitisation takes our total issuance this year to close to £1bn, a new record for Lendco, and positions us well for further growth in 2027.”
Adrian Scragg, director of treasury and capital markets at Lendco, said: “We’re delighted to have closed our second issuance this year.
“To achieve such a strong result against a backdrop of macroeconomic headwinds is testament to the quality of the loans Lendco originates and the strength of our approach to lending.”
