The bridging lender recently announced that it had increased its maximum loan size to £3m from £2.5m after securing a major funding line towards the end of last year.
Century Capital funded a £1.1m second charge on a £6m property in Notting Hill, a £1.5m first charge on a £2.5m country estate in West Sussex and a £500,000 first charge on a £800,000 purpose built apartment in Ealing.
