Ortus Secured Finance has completed a ‘hat-trick of hat-tricks’ across the UK.
For three consecutive weeks the lender has completed deals in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The nine deals were secured against a combination of commercial assets, including mixed-use commercial properties and pubs.
Jon Salisbury, Managing Director at Ortus Secured Finance, said: “We operate in a crowded market, but innovative products always appeal to brokers and this has kept our pipeline strong.”
Established in 2013, Ortus has made a name for itself by lending against pubs and hotels.
Earlier this month, the lender launched a £40m fund for businesses in the UK, with a particular focus on both the UK leisure sector and Northern Irish commercial property sectors.
