LMC & Finance 4 Business complete £3m in 7 days

Specialist commercial lender Lancashire Mortgage Corporation completed seven transactions totalling at £3 million in just seven days.

The loans, arranged by Staffordshire-based commercial finance specialist Finance 4 Business, have helped a range of businesses across the UK gain vital funding to help grow business.

During the bumper week of deals, loan amounts ranged from £55,000 to £1.1 million, where the purchase of a mixture of residential investment and commercial properties were also financed.

LMC and Finance 4 Business worked together to deliver more than £5 million worth of bridging loans in the past couple of months.

LMC’s speed of transaction, flexibility and its efficient processing abilities were some of the reasons Finance 4 Business selected the lender.
