Loan.co.uk acquires Only Bridging

The acquisition of Only Bridging comes after Loan.co.uk opened offices in Northern Ireland and Cardiff this year to increase its number of regional offices across the UK to four.

Only Bridging will become an additional regional office within the Loan.co.uk infrastructure.

Paul McGerrigan, CEO of Loan.co.uk, said this was an exciting acquisition as it looks to increase its presence in the development and commercial finance sector.

Andrea said this was an exciting time for the team.
