Loan.co.uk announces record month of bridging completions

Loan.co.uk enjoyed its biggest month of bridging loan completions in September.

The broker said the increase reflects its strategy of providing a one-stop specialist finance shop for its intermediary partners.

Paul McGerrigan, CEO of Loan.co.uk, believes that customers and brokers are benefiting from low borrowing rates and an increase in product innovation from forward-thinking lenders.

“Our bridging proposition and the recent increased activity represents an important step forward for the business,” said Paul.

“As we continue to build out the foundations of the business, it is important that bridging loan proposition grows hand in hand with the traditional second mortgage offering.”

Paul pointed out that access to a wide panel of bridging and second mortgage lenders was a vital part of Loan.co.uk’s strategy.
