Loan management software company, Easylodge, launches in UK market

Easylodge, a loan origination and loan management software company, has launched into the UK market.
The company, which was established in 2007, aims to give small and medium-sized lenders access to a complete, end to end, origination and loan management platform across the entire credit lifecycle.
The software captures and drives workflow across all aspects of loan origination and loan management.
It is designed to manage credit industry workflow and calculate redemption figures in under a second.
Having serviced clients in the industry for almost twenty years, Easylodge is now available in five countries: United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia and New Zealand.
Easylodge has designed specific features to support the bridging and development finance industries including instant quoting, conditions precedent workflows, retained interest, rolled interest, multiple borrowers, loan capitalisation, partial redemptions, instant redemptions, funding syndicates, and wholesale funding warehouse reporting.
Having soft launched in the UK over the last 12 months, the company now has a team of four and growing, including a dedicated UK support team.
The worldwide staff totals 23, of whom 16 are involved in software development and delivery. Easylodge is cloud hosted in AWS data centres in the UK and it maintains full SOC 2 compliance for security and data robustness.
Since its 2007 launch, Easylodge has processed collectively almost 1.9 million finance applications across a range of commercial and consumer asset classes and has approximately 310,000 active loans under management.
