Lorenzo Satchell joins CapitalRise

CapitalRise has expanded its lending and origination team with the hire of new director of sales, Lorenzo Satchell (pictured above).

Lorenzo brings over 30 years of experience in financial services, joining from Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) where he was sales director.

Prior to HTB, he worked at a number of specialist lenders, including Kensington Mortgages, London Mortgage Co, Money Partners, and Together.

In his new role, Lorenzo will be responsible for supporting continued origination growth by further expanding CapitalRise’s bridging loan proposition.

He will also lead the development of new products in response to increased market demand.

Capitalrise recently secured a new £30m funding line for its bridging loan products and passed the £0.5bn lending milestone following a strong April and May.
